We talk through your goals, your weekly schedule, anything that's held you back in the past, and what success looks like to you.
By the end you'll have a recommended starting point, whether that's 1-on-1 training, group classes, the recovery suite, or a combination of all three.

No. Just a conversation. Wear whatever's comfortable. We'll show you around the gym afterwards if you want.
