Brett, AKA “B”, started his passion for physical activity from a young age. His grandfather and father started bringing him into the white mountains at 4 years old for hikes and skiing. His mother, being a dancer and choreographer, was constantly teaching him balance, flow and strength. After a devastating affair of injuries stemming from a car accident and a multitude of chronic issues arising years after, B found himself in a dire need for better quality of life to get back to the mountains and back into his body and mind. As he was doing that, he started helping a friend who wanted to lose a significant amount of weight to be better for his second child and for himself. With hard work and a mindful approach to both wellness modalities and physical activity he was able to help his friend lose over 200 lbs and move so much better that he was able to start hiking and play full court basketball while starting this journey at over 40 years old! B saw not only his friend’s life change, but his own. The mission was locked in from that moment that he was going to start helping people get to where they want to be.
