What It Is
Private coaching, built around you.
Every 1-on-1 session is just you and a certified trainer: no group dynamics, no shared timer, no compromise on form.
We start with where you are: your goals, your schedule, any past injuries. Your trainer builds a plan that fits your week, not someone else's program.
Sessions are 60 minutes of focused work. Strength, conditioning, mobility, and recovery, all dialed in to your body, on your day.

Who It's For
Anyone who wants a coach in their corner.
Beginners learning how to move, returners getting back after a break, and competitive athletes chasing PRs. If you want focused attention, faster progress, and a plan you will actually follow, 1-on-1 is the move.
It is also built for people navigating injury history or chronic issues who need a trainer that listens before they program. B has been through it personally. He understands the difference between pushing through and pushing smart, and he builds that into every session.

Why It Works
The story behind the sessions.
Generic programs are written for a fictional average person. They do not account for your sleep schedule, your bad shoulder, the fact that you sit at a desk for nine hours before you walk in, or the thing that happened to your knee two years ago. A 1-on-1 trainer does. Every session at Bwell starts with a check-in: how you are feeling, what is tight, what has changed. The program adjusts in real time because your body does too.
Form coaching is where most self-directed training falls short. You can watch a hundred tutorials and still be loading the wrong muscles, compensating around an old injury, or building movement patterns that cause problems months down the line. Having a certified coach in the room who corrects your squat, cues your deadlift, and spots the small things before they become big things is a different category of training than going it alone.
Accountability is not a soft benefit. It is one of the most reliable predictors of whether someone actually shows up consistently. Knowing that a trainer is expecting you, has a session prepared for you, and is tracking your progress changes the calculus on skipping. That consistency compounds. Two sessions a week for six months produces results that no amount of motivation or intention can replicate on its own.
Recovery is not optional. It is half the work. B integrates mobility, soft tissue work, and recovery protocols into every plan because he learned through his own injury history what happens when you skip it. Progress stalls, compensation patterns develop, and eventually something gives. Building recovery into the session design from the start is what makes training sustainable over months and years, not just weeks.
Somersworth is a working community. The people who train at Bwell are not professional athletes with unlimited time. They are tradespeople, healthcare workers, parents, and people with full lives outside the gym. B understands that. Sessions are designed to be complete in 60 minutes, efficient by design, with nothing wasted and nothing left out. You walk in with a plan and walk out having done exactly what your body needed that day.
"He started helping a friend, who went on to lose over 200 lbs and get back on the court after 40."
